You show up somewhere between 8:00 and 9:00am ready to serve the heck out of some clients. As a Client Services Specialist, you’re the backbone of the client experience – keeping websites fast, secure, and running like clockwork while crushing support tickets before they become headaches. You’re technically sharp, proactive, and you take pride in the behind-the-scenes work that makes every client’s online presence shine. From DNS management to site optimization, you’re the reason our clients trust us – and the reason their customers keep coming back.
