What it looks like to be in customer care at Rinard Media:
You show up somewhere between 8:00 and 9:00am ready to serve the heck out of some clients. You are awake and alert and ready to go. You’ll jump in a team stand-up meeting to kick off the day at 9:00 and then you will get to your work after that. Typical work consists of answering customer requests through email and call. You are the first impression for our company so it is your job to make every customer feel like the only customer, all while being organized, detailed, and efficient. You might head out and about to community events and be involved in groups you appreciate as a representative of Rinard Media. This is all in efforts to serve our customers and grow the company.
Hours:
Full-Time 9am-5pm
Pay:
$32-40k/year
