A digital marketer at Rinard Media arrives between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., ready to bring big energy and bigger ideas. They’ve likely already skimmed the latest Google algorithm update and tested a new AI tool before they even poured their coffee. They stay sharp by listening to marketing podcasts, nerding out over ad experiments, and finding ways to make strategy and creativity intersect.
A typical day might include:
- Strategizing and optimizing campaigns across Hulu, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google
- Writing compelling blog posts, ad copy, and emails that perform
- Collaborating with account managers and creative team members to get great ideas off the ground and into the wild
- Digging into data, drawing conclusions, and finding opportunities to improve and scale
- Bringing a passion for testing, learning, and trying again

Hours:
Full-Time 9am-5pm

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience building and executing marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and data analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads
- Experience using AI tools or LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Grok, etc.)/li>
