What it looks like to be a WordPress developer at Rinard Media:
You show up somewhere between 8:00 and 9:00am ready to be the wizard you are. Your desk is probably neatly organized and you are ready to crush your task list. You have some beautiful website designs created by a team member that you are bringing to life. You jump into a team standup at 9:00 and begin to review the projects everyone is working on. You will present your work and people will give their feedback. The rest of the day will be a combination of internal meetings, crushing tasks, maybe a game of foosball, or a team meeting. You might get interrupted with speciality tasks from the care team that require your unique skillset throughout the day.
Hours:
Full-Time 9am-5pm
Pay:
$35-55k/year

Job Description:
This team member works collaboratively with the design and development team to execute incredible web development work. We work inside of WordPress and you are expected to build in our building style. You will have a constant queue of tasks you have to achieve by the deadline. You will have to solve technical problems and help find solutions customers need all while staying on budget.
Our ideal candidate most likely has WordPress experience, HTML, and CSS knowledge. PHP would be a huge plus. We love to invest in people and are looking for team members who want to grow themselves and be apart of a dynamic team.
