The Idaho Summit is an annual personal and professional development event that is held in Twin Falls! This one day event brings world-class speakers to the Magic Valley to share their knowledge, inspire local individuals, and give people the tools they need to succeed in their personal growth missions. 

Rinard Media had the opportunity to be involved with The Summit from the ground level, serving as partners for the launch year, and providing full-suite marketing services in the years following.

The Challenge


While The Idaho Summit had an incredible purpose and the potential to inspire, one of its initial challenges was standing out in an ever-crowded field of conferences. They also had the challenge of coming into the area as a brand new and unknown conference. In their first year, they needed to create a strong brand that people would recognize in future years, but that still had enough malleability to be revised every year to embody new themes. With each year bringing in new themes, speakers, and knowledge, it was imperative for the event's branding to consistently resonate with its evolving dynamics, while maintaining a sense of familiarity for attendees.

Annual Brand Refreshes

Think of a brand refresh as a makeover for a brand. It’s about updating or tweaking the brand’s appearance to align with current trends, while still keeping its core identity intact. Each year, our team took a deep dive into the core messages and themes of the Idaho Summit to design brand elements that felt fresh while staying rooted in its strong coreidentity. 

New colors and graphics weren't just a facelift; they also represented the evolving themes of the Summit year after year with punchy colors and bold graphic elements to capture the energy and excitement of the event.

Day-of and Post-Event Videography

Our involvement with The Idaho Summit doesn’t end online, we also provide day-of videography and photography all day long on the day of the event. Our production team captured the essence, the energy, and the evolution of the Summit from multiple camera angles throughout the day, offering attendees the opportunity to purchase recap videos from the event all year round. The Idaho Summit’s VIP’s were also gifted the year’s recordings as part of their VIP Experience.

In addition to capturing plenty of video and photos on the day of the event, Rinard Media also helped produce testimonials with audience members who really took away positive energy and growth from the Summit and who wanted to share how much The Idaho Summit impacted them. This wasn’t just a chance for The Idaho Summit to flex what they were doing, but gave participants a real opportunity to share their own stories and experiences, inviting others to come experience the event for themselves.

Integrated Marketing Solutions

While branding was our first focus every year, ensuring that the brand message, video content, and advertisements all reached their intended audiences was equally critical. An event needs attendees, after all! We executed tailored email marketing campaigns that not only informed but also engaged the audience, making them eager participants long before the event kicked off. With all of the event footage we captured, we were also able to create hype ads to run throughout the year to keep the event present in people’s minds long after it was over.

Social Media Management

Many of today’s daily conversations are happening online, and we wanted the Idaho Summit to drive plenty of local buzz and hype. Rinard Media’s social media management team took care of The Idaho Summit’s social media platforms, including Facebook (Meta) and Instagram. We consistently communicated the Summit's brand voice and highlighted the year’s content to help drive both in person attendance and online interactions after the event ends.

The Outcome


With each passing year, The Idaho Summit has not only seen a rise in attendees but also an increasingly engaged and enthusiastic community. The consistent yet ever-refreshing branding has created a sense of anticipation and excitement around what each new Summit will bring.
