     This is increasingly important with employees. Be sure to write the vision and make it plain. Ensure that your team knows exactly how you want to voice your message.

2. Set deadlines to quantify the results of your message.

    There is no point in being intentional with your message unless you quantify your results. Learn what is working and expound on them.

3. Your message should reflect your passions.

     Your passion is going to fuel your message. Motivation will come when you are passionate about what you do. The more passion, the stronger the message.

4. Does your message serve people?

If your message doesn’t serve people, you will not see direct results.
